Shipping Information

Q: What courier do we use for delivery?
We are using Australia Post's eParcel service or other courier for Deliveries.
Australia Post will attempt delivery of your item, If no one home, they will leave a notification card stating that your item is available for you to collect from your local post office.
Australia Post EParcel also allows us to deliver to post office boxes.

If you order multiple items from our website, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple carriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.

Q : How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery Fee depends on your delivery destination and total item's weight. We have Online instant shipping fee quotation in our website, which will calculate the shipping fee and quote it you instantly.

Q: Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?
Yes, we can deliver Australia wide. anywhere in Australia as long as Australia Post can deliver to.

For some items, PO Boxes might not be accepted as a shipping address

Q: Do you send orders outside of Australia?
Unfortunately Not at the moment.

 

Q: Can I pick up my order?
No, Pick up option are not available at the moment.

Q: How can i track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification email from us with tracking number information.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
(For stock located in our hornsby , NSW Warehouse) Normally, we will process and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days once we have received your payment. We will also send you email with the tracking number information. Once your order has been dispatched, regular delivery times applied.

(For stock located in other Warehouse) Normally, we will process and dispatch your order within 3-7 working days once we have received your payment. Once your order has been dispatched, regular delivery times applied.

 

Refunds & Cancellations:

Change of Mind Returns

We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for store credit or exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:


  1. returned within 28 days of order;
  2. the returned product(s) to be unused and in the original packaging.
  3. not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging); and
  4. not damaged in any way.

If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to contact our customer support and follow our returns process.

We may provide you with a product exchange or store credit only after we receive the returned product. You are responsible for payment of return postage on your order. 

You will also be charged a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Refunds, once approved, will be made by Toyscity via the method of payment you used to make your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days of the item being returned to toyscity.

 

Items Damaged in Transit and Faulty Items

If any items purchased on this website arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. You may be asked to provide a photo for clarification. We will arrange to have the damaged or faulty items returned to us and either arrange for a replacement of the items at our cost or refund the item. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your order. Toyscity reserves the right to assess the eligibility of goods for return (including the condition and age of the goods) before accepting them as returned. Damaged or faulty items must be returned to us in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Please retain the original order packaging for the purposes of returning the damaged or faulty items.

 

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives to you is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, we will either refund the purchase price including delivery charges or provide a replacement product with delivery at our expense. Please contact us within 7 days of any missing or incorrect items. You may be asked to provide a photo for clarification.
